Find out why Oracle Database licensees are rethinking their strategies. Our survey reveals key insights and future challenges. Download the PDF.

In the latest Rimini Street-sponsored survey by Foundry, Oracle Database licensees reveal significant concerns about their current systems. With end-of-support deadlines looming and support costs escalating, 86% of respondents have no intention of adopting Oracle Cloud in the future. This reluctance underscores the effectiveness of their existing database investments, as 75% feel their current systems meet their business needs.

The survey highlights that 72% of respondents are still running Oracle Database versions 19c or earlier, which will only receive minimal Sustaining Support by 2027. This situation prompts many to address issues independently or rely on third-party providers, as 57% of respondents have had to do so.

As organizations navigate these challenges, they are rethinking their technology roadmaps and exploring alternative strategies. For a comprehensive view of the survey findings and to understand the evolving landscape of Oracle Database support and migration, download the full PDF report today.
